Juicy Freedom personal life coach Vernon Bayliss is / has been a zoologist, youth worker, soldier, canoe coach and rock climbing instructor as well as a UK life coach.
Over the past few years he has realised that his most significant contribution to other people has been coaching: encouraging and freeing colleagues to achieve more and become more fulfilled in their work; enabling friends and clients to develop skills and adventures through outdoor activities that have completely transformed their recreational lives; empowering people to develop beyond personal barriers they thought were insurmountable; and lots more too.
He has noticed that, given the right kind of encouragement, people grow; in skills, confidence, peace, character, freedom and hope. He enjoys getting alongside people and being a source of challenge and affirmation. He knows that courage and commitment will produce results.
